We hired Cogs Construction for our master bedroom and bathroom renovation. From day one, John Cognata was there every step of the way. We hired Cogs to gut-remodel our kitchen and turn an underused great room into three new spaces. The great room went from one large cavernous room to three spaces-  a family room, a gym, and a second floor loft playroom for our daughters. This idea was made possible with John’s design expertise and creativity. He was determined to make the space work better for our family. Working with John, was the highlight of the process. In my opinion, his communication was above and beyond and that was our number one criteria when selecting a general contractor.

COGS rebuilt half my house, kitchen, half bath, mudroom, master bedroom, master bath and laundry room in fall 2016. The work was top-notch. Each team member was great to work with, all true professionals and craftsmen. The house is a Victorian and everyone marvels at the way the trim matches as you enter the remodeled space.
